Pecos Valley Public Services is a State of New Mexico licensed EMS agency. We are dedicated to providing emergency medical care and support to our neighbors in times of need. Our team is made up of certified, trained volunteers who step up to serve our community, ensuring that help is always close by, no matter the situation.We work quickly and efficiently to stabilize patients and, if needed, organize safe transport to the nearest medical facility.

We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) services, which include essential care like first aid, CPR, and patient stabilization. In the future, we may also provide Advanced Life Support (ALS), which involves more complex medical interventions like administering medications or advanced airway management.

Whenever our community comes together for events like festivals, sports games, or local celebrations, we’re there if requested.

We provide on-site standby medical services, offering peace of mind to organizers and attendees alike, knowing that medical help is available if needed. We also support the vulnerable communities in our area because they are our neighbors as well. In addition to urban and rural medical services, we are equipped to handle wilderness rescue situations, working in close coordination with other local, state, and federal agencies when necessary.

Our services are offered free of charge to event organizers, though we welcome donations. We believe that emergency care shouldn’t be a potential financial burden and we don’t request or accept payment from our patients. We are supported through donations, local funding, and fundraising efforts that help us continue to serve our community.

We’re not just here for emergencies—we also want to empower our community with life-saving skills. We offer free training and certification programs, such as CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), “Stop the Bleed,” and general First Aid courses. By providing this education, we help others be prepared to respond to medical emergencies.

We are passionate about our community’s safety and well-being. Every one of us volunteers because we care deeply about making a difference in the lives of those around us. Whether it’s teaching CPR to a neighbor, or standing by at a local event, we are always ready to lend a hand.
